Scott Edwards joins Aevenia as Executive Vice President

Moorhead, MN – Shane Waslaski, Interim President of Aevenia, Inc., is pleased to announce that Scott Edwards has joined Aevenia as Executive Vice President. Scott has extensive experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry. He received his electrical and construction training with the US Navy, including its Amphibious Construction Battalion Unit, retiring as a highly decorated Master Chief E9 with the US Navy Seabees (construction branch). After leaving the Navy, Scott worked for 15 years with Otter Tail Power as a lineman and service representative. For the past 15 years, Scott has been with Fagen, Inc., most recently serving as Senior Vice President and also as Chief Estimator.

Scott and his wife, Marty, have two adult sons.

Otter Tail Corporation affiliate Midwest Construction Services is now Aevenia, Inc. Midwest Construction has acquired seven different companies over the past 40 years. “These companies made us the most diverse construction services company, but merging them Aevenia will enhance our efficiency as a safe and reliable energy resource,” said vice president of shared services, Nancy Kangas.
